The Silverthorne Outlets is hosting its fourth annual shopping blow out with proceeds benefitting the BOEC. The date is Saturday, November 21. Tickets include multiple shopping discounts, raffle prizes, breakfast, lunch, wine-tasting and other fun items, all for $20.
