Half-day Program
A half-day Professional Challenge program can be used to complement a meeting or conference and to improve the team dynamics of any group. This high energy and exciting team-building program uses carefully sequenced group initiatives to develop understanding and build the effectiveness of the group while still having fun!
Large group activities are designed with a ratio of 1 facilitator to 20 (or less) people. Groups of 200+ people can be accommodated.
Since programs are custom designed, our clients can request small or large group activities, as they prefer. All activities are low impact and designed for all ability levels. Safety measures are paramount in all of our programs. Below is a sample of activities, which can vary based on our staff assessment of your company’s needs:

Examine developing alignment and commitment to plan, trust vs. stress. -
The Maze
High performance problem solving with hierarchy and roles. Commitment verse compliance. -
Mission Impossible?
What works well, what should we leave behind? What did we learn from each other? Action plan for transference? What do we want to do differently/more effectively in our areas? -
