Group Problem…How do we operate?
What creates effective team work? What creates barriers to performance?
Developing trust. Finding what builds trust vs. what inhibits trust. Why is trust the base of team performance? Discuss risk vs. creativity.
Examine developing alignment and commitment to plan, trust vs. stress.
High performance problem solving with hierarchy and roles. Commitment verse compliance.
What works well, what should we leave behind? What did we learn from each other? Action plan for transference? What do we want to do differently/more effectively in our areas?
