Cinco is, of course, on May 5th, each year, from 5 PM to closing.

–Mexican buffet served, 5 to 8 PM
–Silent auction, 5 to 8:30 PM
–Live band, “Lealtad de Oaxaca”, performing 8 PM – midnight ($5 cover for attending just the band)
–Giveaways and Happy Hour all night long!

Mi Casa Restaurant is located at 600 Park Avenue in Breckenridge, across from The Village at Peak 9 and adjacent to Parking Lot F.  Their website:

This event raises money for BOEC’s Willie Whalen Memorial Fund, helping us provide quality adaptive recreation and education to people with disabilities, and enabling people in need of financial assistance to participate. Willie Whalen was with BOEC for nine years, eight as an adaptive snowboard instructor and one year as a volunteer. He is remembered fondly by the students, staff and volunteers that were fortunate to work with him.

Through the generosity of Mi Casa Restaurant and the business community, Cinco de Mayo has raised over $385,000 to date for BOEC!

Admission to this fun-filled event is $30 for adults and $15 for kids 12 and under.
